We are currently looking for dedicated Early Years Educators to join a team of childcare professionals in full-day care service based in Carrigaline, Cork

They have a proven record in childcare and the vision is to continually improve the facilities and to develop and implement progressive programmes of care for children aged between 3 months and 12 years. The Centre and programmes comply with Siolta and Aistear which are the national frameworks for quality in all areas of childcare. Aistear is the early childhood curriculum framework for all children from birth to six year.

Location: Carrigaline, Co. Cork

Carrigaline is a town and civil parish in County Cork, Ireland, situated on the River Owenabue. It is about 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) south of Cork city centre on the R611 regional road, which passes through the town, and just off the N28 national primary route to Ringaskiddy. Carrigaline grew rapidly in the late 20th century, from a village of a few hundred people into a thriving commuter town, although many locals still refer to it as "the village". The town is one of the key gateways to west Cork, especially for those who arrive by ferry from France. Carrigaline is within the Cork South-Central Dáil constituency.

Main requirements:

  • EU Nationality
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken
  • Candidates must hold a minimum of Fetac Level 5 (or recognised equivalent) in a childcare qualification.
  • Candidates with experience in a childcare role desired.
  • Must be passionate about working with children.
